.KE like the familiar .COM's are both Top Level Domains (TLD's) on the DNS structure. The .KE has a region association ,Kenya, while .COM is "homeless". Thus with a .KE one gets the same services as a .COM or .ORG plus an Identity of being KENYAN. There is an 95% chance of getting your organizations or easy to remember name under .KE if you register today. However at the .COM level the chances are limited to 1 in 50 million names.
